functie Overview We are looking for talented and innovative Design
Engineers (Bridge) to join our team in Pune! This is a unique
opportunity to work with cutting-edge UHPFRC technology, setting
new standards in bridge design and construction. If you have a
passion for structural engineering, expertise in designing and
analyzing bridges, PSC I girder bridges, RCC girder bridges, pile
& open foundations, and substructures, and want to work with

to hear from you! Job Responsibilities - Develop and design bridge
structures using advanced engineering software and design tools. -
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including architects,
contractors, and senior engineers, to integrate the design into
broader infrastructure projects. - Conduct site visits to assess
conditions, collect data, and understand site-specific challenges
for bridge construction or refurbishment. - Review design
alternatives, construction methods, and materials to propose
optimal solutions for each project. - Ensure that designs adhere to
local, state, and national design codes and regulations. Keep
abreast of new developments in the field of bridge engineering.
Jouw profiel Must Have Skills - Develop and design bridge
structures ensuring compliance with relevant standards (AASHTO,
Eurocodes, etc.). - Perform structural analysis on proposed bridge
designs, including load calculations, stability, and stress
testing. - Prepare detailed bridge design drawings, technical
specifications, and calculations. - Ensure all designs meet the
required regulatory and safety standards. - Oversee the quality
assurance process of designs, ensuring the accuracy and
completeness of all documents and calculations. - Identify
potential risks during the design phase and propose mitigation
strategies. Nice to have - Strong problem-solving abilities and
attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both written
and verbal. - Ability to work independently and within a
collaborative team environment. - Strong organizational skills and
