We are the international construction company delivering the renovation of one of Europe’s most significant sports infrastructure projects.
We are currently seeking a Technical Office Lead – MEP to join our team and lead the technical and commercial management of MEP works within this landmark project.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the MEP Technical Office activities on site.
* Coordinate closely with the Design and Procurement departments.
* Prepare budgets and carry out cost comparisons for different MEP packages.
* Monitor, review, and report daily site progress.
* Review subcontractors’ interim payment certification submittals.
* Prepare and validate payment certifications for submission to the Client.
* Participate in technical and financial meetings with DF and DEO representatives.
* Ensure technical and cost control throughout the execution phase.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects.
* Proven experience in MEP works, specifically in:
* Mechanical works – HVAC
* Plumbing systems
* Fire protection systems
* Experience in cost control, budgeting, and commercial comparisons.
* Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
* Experience working collaboratively with Design and Procurement teams.
* Excellent command of both English and Spanish (mandatory).
* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Enginerring or related field.
