Elia Group IT Server Team is looking to expand the existing Windows Engineering team.
This team supports two companies of the group: Elia in Belgium, and 50Hertz in Germany, both in their intranet environments as well as in secure networks.
This is the scope of responsibilities:
* He/she will manage and use the TrendMicro security suite, with an important focus on managing the host-based firewall (and this extends to other operating systems)
* He/she will manage the SCCM environments
* He/she will manage the Windows Remote Desktop environments
* He/she will manage, design, harden and support the Windows server operating systems in the environments
* He/she will be part of third-level support for all these domains
* He/she must be able to write and troubleshoot complex scripts
* Role will be fulltime (40 hours), starting ASAP
Profil
Technical skills
* Operational experience on a senior level (!) within a Microsoft Windows Server environment is a must
* Proven knowledge of
and
experience with Active Directory, SCCM and TrendMicro or similar security products
* Good understanding of host-based firewall (NOT network firewall!!) and security in general is a requirement
* Proven experience in similar sized enterprises (+/- 2000 servers, 5000 users)
* Advanced knowledge about scripting (PowerShell)
* Must be able to speak and understand:
o French and Dutch (one must be native)
o English
o German is a plus
* Experience with MECM, SCOM, Splunk, PRTG, Linux, ADFS, Infoblox, Big-IP F5 are a plus

* Must be a team player
* Must have planning and organizational skills
* Must be able to troubleshoot technical problems
* Must be able to work independently
* Must be customer minded
* Able to learn new products and environments quickly
* Able to write and validate processes and documentation
* Must be accountable and is NOT a 9-to-5 worker
Informations contractuelles
* Must have a driver license + car + mobile phone
* Location: Primary location is Brussels (Schaerbeek), with occasional travel to Berlin (travel expenses paid by Elia)
