Capex Civil Project Manager
to drive a wide range of facility, infrastructure, and utility improvement projects. If you thrive in dynamic industrial environments and enjoy leading multidisciplinary CAPEX initiatives from concept to execution, this role is for you.
Your Responsibilities As a Capex Civil Project Manager, you will oversee civil and infrastructure projects supporting site operations, compliance, and continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities will include: Project Management Define project scopes in collaboration with end‑users and technical teams Conduct feasibility studies, root cause analyses, and assess ROI Plan project phases, budgets, schedules, and resources Lead steering committees, progress meetings, and risk reviews. Execution & Coordination Manage contractors, design offices, and internal stakeholders Supervise on‑site works with focus on safety, quality, and compliance Ensure proper preparation of method statements, work permits Coordinate multidisciplinary activities (civil works, utilities, automation, finishing works…). Technical Scope Projects may include (non‑exhaustive): Structural reinforcement & renovation Facility upgrades (offices, production areas, hygiene zones) Installation of platforms, equipment supports, and access structures Drainage, roofing, and network refurbishments Energy efficiency and insulation initiatives Compliance‑driven improvements (environment, safety, food standards).
Your Profile You are a civil‑oriented project manager with strong technical judgement and experience in industrial environments, with additional qualifications : A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field A minimum of 5 years of experience in CAPEX project management in industrial sectors (food, pharma, chemicals, or similar) A strong expertise in civil works, infrastructure, and construction coordination The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contractors A solid understanding of safety, quality standards, and regulatory constraints Skilled in project planning, cost control, and technical problem solving.
