The IME Case Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality of medical, optometric, and audiometric exams as outlined by the government contract awarded to the CIV Team.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Conduct medical records reviews in compliance with government contract standards.
* Document exam errors in Basic and generate Incomplete Letters.
* Serves as liaison between the CIV Team, Applicants, and Provider office.
* Confirm exam corrections and forward to Team Lead.
* Answer incoming calls and assist Applicants, and Provider offices as needed.
* Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Comfortable with routinely shifting demands.
* High degree of attention to detail.
* Data Entry experience.
Education and Experience
* College degree or equivalent experience required.
* At least two years related experience required.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working using a computer.
Hours are M-F 8:30-5:00 est (salaried, non-exempt) with chance for ot.
