In our NORRIQ Talent Academy 2026 (starting September 2026), you’ll discover how companies organize their finance processes and how you can make them smarter with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Step by step, we prepare you for working on our projects. You’ll follow workshops, receive hands‑on training, be coached by experienced colleagues and work towards obtaining a Microsoft certification.
Where will you make an impact?
* You support new and existing customers in automating and digitalizing business processes, with a clear focus on finance (including accounting, closing, cash flow, purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash).
* You analyze processes and business needs and translate them into a clear solution within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* You collaborate closely with the development and project teams to design and implement solutions.
* You help configure the solution and support testing activities. This ensures everything works correctly, meets the client’s expectations and is ready for Go‑Live.
* You deliver training sessions and workshops for key users and end users so they can work independently with the system.
* You set priorities, take responsibility and contribute to customer satisfaction and a high‑quality delivery.
Are you the NORRIQ Star we’re looking for?
* You hold a master’s degree in an economic field (Business Engineering, Applied Economics, Business Administration with a focus on Accountancy/Finance, etc.). If you are in your final year, you are also welcome to apply.
* You have initial work experience or a relevant internship in areas such as consultancy, accounting, audit, controlling or another finance role.
* You have a solid basic understanding of financial processes through your studies and/or first work experience.
* You have an affinity with IT and are eager to contribute to software implementations.
* Knowledge of or affinity with ERP is a plus (for example Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
* You speak Dutch and have a professional level of English. French is a plus.
