Verantwoordelijkheden
* As an Automation Engineer Expert you upgrade outdated HMIs to Siemens TIA Portal.
* You integrate Simatic Logon into automation systems.
* You convert existing WinCC systems to the latest platform.
* You create validation lifecycle documents according to company standards.
* You test and verify shopfloor systems to ensure compliance and functionality.
* You assist with and execute validation protocols for automation systems.
* You develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* You provide operational and production support during project startup.
* You troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation systems.
Vereisten
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal and Step 7.
* Experience with WinCC, Simatic Logon, and Microsoft SQL.
* Understanding of GAMP5 and System Validation Lifecycle.
* Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry standards (GDP, GxP).
* Proven experience in automation projects within a pharmaceutical engineering environment.
* Hands-on experience with system validation and documentation.
* Project management experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industries.
* Fluent in Dutch and English.
