Job Description:
Our client, a dynamic and innovative medical technology company based in the Gent area, is currently seeking a talented RA Manager to join their team. You will be part of the senior management team and report directly to the CEO, which will give you more decision power and allow you to have a bigger impact.

– They have an innovative and high-technological imaging device on the market, allowing you to delve into multiple regulations and utilize your technical knowledge.
– FDA approval has been granted, opening up new potential markets in the US and expanding the reach of the company’s innovative product.
Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a small team to delegate tasks, while still maintaining a combination of strategic and hands-on work.
– Oversee regulatory and quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with medical device regulations and legislation.
– Drive strategic initiatives to enhance product development and market expansion, contributing to the company’s growth and success.
Requirements:
– Degree in engineering, scientific, or legal field.
– Several years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within the medical device or diagnostic industry.
– Strong knowledge of MDR/IVDR.
– Leadership skills are required.
– Good experience with QA is preferred (QMS, audits,…).
– Knowledge of radiation legislation is a plus but not required.
– Fluent level of English; other EU languages are a plus.
