Key ResponsibilitiesOdoo Development
* Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (Python backend, XML views, automated actions).
* Adapt and extend standard Odoo modules to support real business workflows.
* Build integrations with external tools and services (REST APIs, webhooks).
Technical Collaboration
* Translate functional needs into technical solutions in close collaboration with the CTO.
* Participate in architectural choices and technical decision-making.
* Contribute ideas to improve scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Quality & Reliability
* Write clean, structured, and maintainable code.
* Participate in code reviews and testing activities.
* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues when needed.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
* Document technical implementations and business logic.
* Share knowledge within the team to improve overall technical maturity.
Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical
* Experience with Python and the Odoo framework.
* Solid understanding of Odoo models, ORM, views, and workflows.
* Experience working with PostgreSQL and external APIs.
* Comfortable using Git and working in a collaborative codebase.
Soft Skills
* Autonomous and proactive mindset.
* Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Comfortable working in a small team with high responsibility.
Nice to Have
* Experience with Odoo Enterprise.
* Knowledge of Docker, deployment pipelines, or CI/CD.
* Understanding of business domains such as CRM, sales, accounting, inventory, or project management.
