Dutch OR French and EnglishA prestigious global consultancy located in Brussels are seeking a ServiceNow Consultant for a significant engagement with a major Banking client.Your Mission:As Senior ServiceNow CMDB Consultant, you will participate in the operation and maintenance of the ServiceNow software infrastructure (its Enterprise Service Management platform). ServiceNow modules used are ITSM and ITOM.Job Description:Review the existing Service models in ServiceNow and correct them according to CSDM and ServiceNow best practice.Provide solutions to known constraints related to service mapping implementation.Using Service Mapping, create service maps for some services using Tag Based service mapping or manualmappings,Create value case / analysis for ITOM event management.
