Job Description
As a Personal Assistant, your responsibilities are:
Managing calendars and scheduling appointments efficiently.
Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing itineraries.
Handling correspondence and communication in both English and German.
Organizing and preparing documents for meetings and presentations.
Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
Providing support for various administrative tasks and projects.
Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Liaising with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
The Successful Applicant
Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in office software and tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in providing administrative support in a professional and fast-paced environment.
