Work you'll do
Requirements Gathering and Analysis
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to core banking systems
Validate business requirements with use cases during the prototyping phase
Conduct requirements refinement activities in collaboration with stakeholders
Elicit functional, non-functional, legal, and operational requirements for core banking platform
Process Analysis and Improvement
Analyze and evaluate current system processes, interfaces, and workflows
Recommend changes and enhancements to improve business operations
Facilitate timeline and budget estimates, and assist in preparing business cases
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with business leads to identify needs for core banking systems
Communicate and coordinate between business users and development teams
Work with business sponsors to ensure operational readiness after project go-live
Solution Design and Implementation
Participate in planning, system analysis, design, integration, testing, and implementation of core banking projects
Drive transformation by supporting implementation, communication, and training initiatives
Coordinate preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing and user sign-off

We are looking for someone with
2-5 years FinTech experience, with knowledge in at least on of Blockchain, Intelligent Automation, AI/ ML, Data Analytics and Cloud. Experience will be across the whole delivery lifecycle from pre-sales, to analysis, design, implementation
Strong understanding of banking operations and core processes
Experience with agile delivery approaches (e.g. Scrum)
Familiarity with core banking platforms, JIRA
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and take a hands-on approach
