We are currently hiring a Discipline Manager for our Belgium office.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate resources to oversee Design, Construction, Commissioning, and Qualification activities for projects of varying size and complexity
Provide hands‑on support to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery
Manage and lead a high-performance team, including all People Management activities within the department
Analyze project stages to anticipate and address discipline-related risks promptly
Develop and maintain strong internal and external client relationships to ensure project success and uphold Arcadis interests
Demonstrate unwavering commitment to Arcadis Engineering's values and standards

Qualifications
