Where You’ll Make a Difference
Serve as the primary HR advisor to business and site leaders in Belgium and the Netherlands, providing coaching and pragmatic guidance.
Translate global HR strategy into local execution plans and country people priorities.
Lead employee relations topics end‑to‑end, including investigations, performance management, absenteeism, and disciplinary processes.
Build and maintain effective social dialogue, including engagement with Works Councils and employee representative bodies in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Ensure compliance with Belgian and Dutch labor law and applicable collective agreements, partnering as needed to manage risk and governance.
Own key parts of the HR year calendar, including performance, talent, and compensation cycles.
Support managers on job profiles, grading, compensation, and benefits decisions within IFF frameworks.
Partner with People Services Shared Services and HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) on onboarding, mobility, and exits, ensuring a consistent employee experience.
Lead or contribute to local and regional HR projects, change initiatives, audits, and manager training/information sessions.
What Makes You The Right Fit
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Employment Law, or a related field.
Senior HR Business Partner experience in a multinational environment.
Strong expertise in Belgian labor law; solid working knowledge of Dutch labor law.
Demonstrated experience working with Works Councils and employee representative bodies.
Ability to operate independently with country‑level HR accountability, prioritizing effectively across two countries and multiple sites.
Proven capability to handle sensitive employee relations matters with sound judgment and confidentiality.
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
Clear, structured communication skills and the ability to influence and partner with diverse stakeholders.
How Would You Stand Out?
Experience supporting both site‑based and fully remote employee populations across countries.
Track record of delivering HR change initiatives in close partnership with business leaders.
Experience advising on reorganizations/restructurings and associated employee relations processes in Belgium and/or the Netherlands.
