Functieomschrijving Manage and control all tooling and groundsupport equipment (GSE) in compliance with EASA Part-145 standards,Health & Safety regulations, and internalprocedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-datetooling and material inventories in the ERP system (AMOS), ensuringproper identification, traceability, and labelling.Oversee calibration and inspection schedules for alltools and equipment; ensure valid certificates traceable tonational or international standards. Ensurecompliance of GSE, lifting equipment, and PPE with Health &Safety standards. Verify that tooling meetsOEM (e.G. Boeing) and Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE)requirements. Organize the efficient andsecure operation of the Tool & Equipment Store.Liaise with approved vendors for calibration,procurement, and repair services while ensuring regulatorycompliance and cost efficiency. Investigatetooling damage reports and provide analysis, recommendations, andimprovements. Assist in drafting and updatingtooling-related procedures within the MOE and supportingdocumentation. Promote a strong safety cultureby applying human factors principles and supporting continuousprocess improvement in coordination with the H&Sdepartment. Maintain professional competencethrough ongoing training and development. Functie-eisenDiploma in logistics, mechanics, or aviation (BTS/DMA orequivalent). Knowledge of EASA Part-145regulations, specifically regarding tooling, calibration, andequipment management. Valid airport drivinglicense. Valid forklift license.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a regulated aircraftmaintenance environment, ideally within an EASA Part-145organization. Practical knowledge of toolingcontrol systems and maintenance management software (e.G.,AMOS). Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to handle multiplepriorities. Solid understanding oftraceability and certification requirements for calibratedtools. Proficient in MS Office and familiarwith ERP systems. Excellent written and spokenEnglish; proficiency in French and/or Dutch is an asset. AdditionalEuropean languages are a plus. Excellentorganizational, coordination, and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solvingmindset.
