Key ResponsibilitiesAudit the existing boards and propose a configuration based on a standard model;Define common guidelines and secure team buy-in;Implement and automate KPIs (burndown, velocity, project comparisons, etc.);Train and coach teams on using and interpreting reports;Drive change management and assess the migration of existing data.Expected DeliverablesDocumented new board model;User guides and training materials;Ready-to-use KPI dashboards;Validated migration plan and deployment schedule.Skills & RequirementsAzure DevOps certifications and agile methodologies (Scrum Master, PSPO, or equivalent);Proven experience in coaching, training, and change management;Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps reporting (Analytics Views, Power BI);Ability to simplify complex topics and bring together multidisciplinary teams;Excellent communication skills (FR/NL/EN).
