Service Team Leader
The Service Team Leader plays a pivotal role in building long-term professional relationships with existing customers and managing service technicians. This position requires strong communication skills, as the individual will interact with various stakeholders, including customers, end-users, inspectors, consultants, sales persons, the KONE Call Center, technical support, the invoicing team, and HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure customer retention by guaranteeing that agreed service agreements are met and promises to the customer are kept, working closely with the rest of the team.
* Communicate to customers that promises have been delivered in a timely and transparent manner.
* Address customer queries promptly and provide appropriate attention to resolve complaints accurately and efficiently.
* Be accountable for the sales leads volume, quality, and further processing of sales leads to drive business growth.
* Maintain high-quality service through regular presence in the field, field audits, and promoting a safety and quality culture.
* Develop the competences, motivation, and overall performance of the technicians to enhance their skills and productivity.
* Ensure adherence to established processes and maintenance methods to maintain efficiency and consistency.
* Determine and check technicians' performance objectives to set realistic targets and measure success.
Requirements:
* Fluent in French and Dutch, with a working level of English.
* Legally entitled to work in Belgium and hold a valid driver's license.
* Successful experience in managing a team, preferably with 2 years of experience in a relevant industry.
* Commercial acumen and interests.
* Bachelor degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
* Good communication skills and basic IT skills.
