Key Responsibilities:
* Issuing documents (commercial invoice and packing list), checking other related documents (BL, COO, etc.)
* Be in contact with suppliers, forwarders and clients (sending documents, request of transport services, negotiation, etc.)
* Handling shipments and project control
* Invoicing: handling the invoices through Oracle and be in contact with account department related to payment monitoring
- Letter of credit review
Knowledge of:
* Operational management of ocean, air and truck shipments.
* Control of import and export customs.
* familiar with manage and generate logistical documentation: commercial invoices, packing list, etc…
* Direct dealings with forwarders
* Direct dealings with the final customer
* Shipment tracking / Updating of tracking reports
* Excel and database knowledge.
