Reporting to the local CFO, the Head of Accounting leads the entire financial reporting process and accounting team to deliver accurate, timely IFRS‑compliant reports for DT BeLux and Daimler Buses Belgium and brings structure. /p pThis includes managing the accounting team, setting objectives, providing guidance, and planning resources to optimize efficiency and quality. Additionally, you will handle tax reporting, credit risk monitoring, and collaborate with controlling and tax departments to support financial planning and compliance. /p pYou’ll wear many hats – all critical to our success. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ol liLead and manage the full financial reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely IFRS‑compliant monthly and annual reports. /li liCollaborate effectively with the Shared Service Center (SSC), Controlling, and other internal teams to drive continuous improvements in efficiency and quality. /li liServe as the primary point of contact for SSC and respond promptly and comprehensively to Daimler Truck AG (DTAG) queries. /li liManage and develop the accounting team by setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, managing workloads, and providing coaching and guidance to support team success.
