The role focuses on identifying, building, and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth in our self‑serve segment, with a focus on management companies and small businesses. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul libScout close new strategic partners /b – Identify and engage partners such as social secretaries, business federations, accountants, insurers, and more. Personalize pitches, manage the full cycle from outreach to contract negotiation, and build a robust pipeline. /li libDrive ongoing activation /b – Serve as the main point of contact for partner success. Regularly engage partners through check‑ins, provide marketing collateral, coordinate joint campaigns and communication calendars, identify opportunities for increased engagement and member conversions, and troubleshoot issues. /li libNurture optimize your partner portfolio /b – Conduct strategic relationship management, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Identify underperforming partnerships and implement action plans to optimize results, scaling best practices from top performers. /li libTrack key metrics /b – Monitor member acquisition, contracts signed, generated ARR, conversion rates, and partner engagement. Maintain accurate tracking in CRM systems, conduct performance analyses, and provide data‑driven insights for strategic decisions and resource allocation. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in partnership development. /li liFull English fluency (written and spoken). /li liNative level of French and/or Dutch. /li liPrevious experience creating and executing marketing campaigns. /li liStrong ability to measure impact and ROI of partnerships. /li liExcellent networking and pitching skills with other partnership managers and C‑level executives. /li liStrong communication and content creation skills. /li liEntrepreneurial mindset: self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑moving environment. /li liStrong ownership and accountability in delivering results. /li liCollaborative and able to influence cross‑functional teams. /li /ul h3Hiring Level /h3 pC1‑D level. /p h3Benefits /h3 ul liFair rewards.
