We are looking for a skilled Laravel and React Developer to join our rapidly growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where collaboration and ownership are valued. What We Are Looking For
* 4+ years of experience with Laravel, specifically Laravel 8 and above.
* Experience with: Eloquent ORM, Laravel Authentication, Laravel Query Builder.
* Experience with testing tools, such as Pest PHP, PHPUnit, Laravel Dusk, Playwright.
* Experience with Inertia.js and RESTful API in Laravel.
* Experience with frontend development (React, Vue.js, Laravel Livewire, etc).
* Experience with Tailwind CSS is a bonus.
* Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to meet expectations and adhere to estimates and processes.
* Ability to align with Bluelight's clients' goals and deliver on commitments.
* Positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
* Forensic attention to detail.
