As an Inside Sales professional, your responsibilities are:
* Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information on products and services.
* Support the sales team in preparing offers, proposals, and contracts.
* Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products to existing clients.
* Monitor and follow up on customer satisfaction levels to ensure long-term relationships.
* Assist in achieving sales targets by providing administrative and operational support.
* Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
A successful Inside Sales professional should have:
* A degree or diploma in business, sales, or a related field.
* Experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in Technology & Telecoms.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting customer needs.
* Fluency in Dutch, French and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
