As Project Manager, you will drive complex digital initiatives, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and deliver innovative location‑based solutions that power safer and smarter road management worldwide.
Your mission
Lead and oversee the successful delivery of complex digital projects within the LBS program portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives, optimal resource management, and high stakeholder satisfaction.
What you’ll do
* Program & Project Leadership
* Act as overall coordinator for several interconnected sub‑projects within the LBS program.
* Manage project scope, milestones, risks, budgets, and timelines.
* Ensure strong alignment between technical development, product roadmap, and business priorities.
* Operational & Financial Accountability
* Drive cost control, resource allocation, and planning efficiency across multiple streams.
* Establish robust project governance frameworks and performance monitoring tools.
* Team & Stakeholder Coordination
* Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering, product management, sales, and external partners.
* Ensure requirements are met, priorities respected and deliverables remain on track.
* Lead regular project ceremonies, reviews, and steering committees.
* Digital Product & Agile Delivery
* Work closely with software development teams operating in agile environments.
* Utilize tools such as JIRA, MS Teams, MS Office, and HubSpot for project tracking and communication.
* (Optional) Act as a Scrum Master when relevant to ensure efficient and transparent workflows.
* Industry Focus
* Contribute to projects related to road management, such as road maintenance, operations, and mobility‑related digital solutions.
What we’re looking for
Must‑Have
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the road‑management sector (road maintenance, operations, or comparable mobility fields).
* Successful track record leading multiple sub‑projects within a program.
* Strong expertise in cost and resource management.
* Solid background working with digital and/or data‑driven products.
* Knowledge of agile software development practices (ideally with JIRA).
* Confident, assertive communicator with excellent coordination and stakeholder‑management skills.
* Full professional proficiency in English.
Nice‑to‑Have
* Experience as a Program Manager.
* Hands‑on experience within the automotive or mobility world.
* Previous Scrum Master experience.
* Knowledge of French and/or Dutch.
* Interest in leveraging Artificial Intelligence to increase PM efficiency.
