Service description:
For the CRM the Market Operations team is responsible for:
* The implementation:
implementing and improving the necessary processes, procedures through IT and non-IT tools in collaboration with the product architects, customer service, business analysts and IT services.
* The operations:
running the processes of prequalification (i.e. registration, checks and controls, calculation of parameters… for all the participants to the CRM mechanism), auction, monitoring, settlement, reporting & transparency, etc.
In view of the large task of continuing the implementation and operating the processes in the upcoming auction, we are looking for a (CRM) Market Operations and Implementation Manager to reinforce the Market Procurement team.
The tasks include:
Execution of the CRM Prequalification processes:
* Be in front line for the operational processes related to the prequalification process
* Proactive management of the operational questions in close collaboration with the KAM Adequacy and the product architect
* Ensure the accurate application of the organized process (automated and manual tasks) and involve the requested persons / departments
Execution of other CRM-related processes
Process follow-up
* Report on the process status (Files managements KPIs)
* Dispatch the specific issues (out of process) to KAM Adequacy
* Give feedback on potential improvements with an added value to the Implementation team and for the written processes
Implementation of processes :
* Take the lead on the implementation of improvements of existing processes or new processes in view of the CRM by means of analysis, developing proposals, describing business needs… in collaboration with product architects and business analysts.
* Embody the sequence of the processes and participate in the CRM internal and external tools testing and feedback, the creation or updating of procedures, etc.
* Participate to the preparation and the operation of other tenders
Requirements:
* Master's degree in economics / engineering or equivalent experience
* Very good communication and trilingual skills (FR/NL/EN – spoken and written)
* Problem-solver knows when (s)he may act/answer, may not and may delegate the action/question to the appropriate person (following the process)
