Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Technician with a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics to join our dynamic team. This role is central to ensuring the functionality and quality of our advanced electronic products. You will be responsible for testing high-complexity systems according to well-defined test plans, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of our testing infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Testing & ValidationExecute test procedures on complex electronic products according to established test plans and specifications.Troubleshoot, isolate, and document any hardware and firmware issues discovered during testing.Work closely with engineering teams to validate product functionality and performance.Ensure test results are accurately recorded and communicated in a timely manner.2.Test Bench Development & OptimizationParticipate in the design, development, and enhancement of in-house test benches and automated test setups.Provide feedback on current testing workflows and suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy.Collaborate with the R&D and software teams to ensure testing tools meet evolving product requirements.Assist in developing standardized procedures and documentation for test bench usage and maintenance.Your skillsBachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.Solid understanding of electronic components, circuits, and embedded systems.Experience with measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, etc.Familiarity with test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, or similar) is a strong plus.Basic knowledge of quality control processes and documentation practices.Key CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.High attention to detail and precision in test execution.Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team.Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to company standards.
