Partnership Developer – Belgium
We are looking for a Partnership Developer to lead and expand our partnership strategy in Belgium. The role focuses on identifying, building, and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth in our self‑serve segment, with a focus on management companies and small businesses.

Responsibilities

Scout & close new strategic partners – Identify and engage partners such as social secretaries, business federations, accountants, insurers, and more. Personalize pitches, manage the full cycle from outreach to contract negotiation, and build a robust pipeline.

Drive ongoing activation – Serve as the main point of contact for partner success. Regularly engage partners through check‑ins, provide marketing collateral, coordinate joint campaigns and communication calendars, identify opportunities for increased engagement and member conversions, and troubleshoot issues.

Nurture & optimize your partner portfolio – Conduct strategic relationship management, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Identify underperforming partnerships and implement action plans to optimize results, scaling best practices from top performers.

Track key metrics – Monitor member acquisition, contracts signed, generated ARR, conversion rates, and partner engagement. Maintain accurate tracking in CRM systems, conduct performance analyses, and provide data‑driven insights for strategic decisions and resource allocation.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in partnership development.

Full English fluency (written and spoken).

Native level of French and/or Dutch.

Previous experience creating and executing marketing campaigns.

Strong ability to measure impact and ROI of partnerships.

Excellent networking and pitching skills with other partnership managers and C‑level executives.

Strong communication and content creation skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset: self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑moving environment.

Strong ownership and accountability in delivering results.

Collaborative and able to influence cross‑functional teams.
