Context
The SharePoint Solution Expert & Migration Specialist is responsible for analyzing, developing, migrating and maintaining SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions within the NIHDI.
The feature combines the implementation and optimization of existing and new SharePoint solutions, as well as the preparation, execution, and testing of migration journeys — such as transitioning from Nintendo workflows to K2 or modern Microsoft 365 components.
Since the NIHDI is committed to the Agentic AI Copilot technology, we expect the necessary knowledge about Artificial Intelligence and Copilot studio, among other things, to be available within this position.
The role requires technical expertise and an understanding of business processes to ensure continuity, quality, and safety.
Responsibilities - Analysis & Functional Design
- Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders.
- Analysis of needs, processes and SharePoint environments.
- Drawing up solution roadmaps and architecture proposals.
- Developing functional and technical specifications.
- Inventory of Nintex environments and dependencies.
- Analysis and development of applications based on Artificial Intelligence, including with Copilot Studio.
- Evaluating migration scenarios and risks.
Responsibilities - Implementation & Configuration
- Configure, develop and test SharePoint, K2 and Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Validate with key users and solve technical issues.
- Documenting functional and technical aspects.
- Organizing training courses and drawing up training materials.
- Supervising acceptance testing and production implementation.
- Setting up Copilot agents for the various services within the NIHDI.
Responsibilities - Maintenance & Support
- Performing corrective, adaptive and evolutionary maintenance.
- Third-line support for SharePoint, K2, Copilot Studio.
- Monitoring performance, safety and stability.
- Identifying and implementing optimizations.
