We are currently building a team of Reservist Disaster Case Managers —compassionate professionals ready to step in when communities need urgent recovery support.

When activated, you'll help individuals and families by:
* Assessing needs and creating individualized recovery plans.
* Coordinating housing, financial, health, and mental health resources.
* Connecting clients with federal and local assistance programs like FEMA and HUD.

* Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Ability to deploy quickly, travel, and work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
* Able to function in a dynamic and stressful environment with little or no supervision
* Able to participate and contribute in regular meetings.
* Good organizational skills, responsible and punctual.
* Active listening skills and able to work well with others.
* Must have a valid Real ID, DL and/or Passport.
* MUST be able to pass a thorough federal background check
* MUST pass drug test & pre-employment verifications
* MUST be willing and capable of working 7 days / week
* MUST be in good health and pass minimum standards for physical fitness
* Previous disaster relief experience is encouraged but not required.
