Our client is seeking a Life Insurance Business Analyst within the Life Insurance divisionto join the "Business Change & Monitoring" team to support the portfoliomigration project or commercial developments projects. This team of 10 peoplespecialized in individual and collective life insurance consists of 3 types of functions:Actuaries, Business Analysts, and testers.Job requirementsBased on your profile, the project aims to migrate individual life insurance policiesAnalysisAnalyse product and process differences of source system vs target in the context of life insurance policies migrationDefine associated requirements and formalize them according to defined quality standardsIdentify the process impacts of the migration of individual life insurance policiesEnsure understanding between the business and ITTesting: Prepare and execute process and calculation testsMonitoringAct as an intermediary between business and IT teamsProvide regular reporting on the progress of your activitiesMUST have knowledge in "classique" productsKnowledge in life insurance migrationsProven successful experience as a Business AnalystStrong commitment to project quality and deadlines. A "can-do" attitude and flexibilityAutonomous and proactive in finding solutions to obtain necessary informationUniversity degree in mathematics (or equivalent experience)Minimum 5 years of experience in the life insurance sectorFamiliar with at least one standard business/process analysis methodologyProficient in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is aplusStructured, organized (good priority management), and pragmaticStrong adaptability and learning abilityDetail-oriented while capable of finding the effective level of abstraction based on contextEffective communication with all audiences (actuaries, IT experts, management, etc.)Client and results-oriented
