Job Description
* Support Daily Operations:
o Assist in maintaining the SAC database existing information
o Assist in updating the SAC database for new reporting requirements
o Ensure timely adaptation of systems to organisational changes.
o Errors troubleshoot
o Perform checks on reporting completeness and errors
o Ensure publication of the reportings
* Implement Diagnostic Recommendations:
o Set up Governance on system adaptation + implementation of changes in the system.
o Identification of processes with inefficiencies & manual interventions + automation of these processes
o Harmonise closing calendars and freeze SAC tags.
o Automation of reconciliation processes, set up of cockpit of information (incl. Time Logging of input form BA + errors identification)
o Automation of spotting of differences & follow up on coherence (troubleshoot + documentation) drafting of Governance on data quality and system.
o Coordinate technical adjustments for BFC/SAC alignment.
* Drive Process Optimization:
o Document pain points (manual / and propose automation for reconciliation tasks.
o Contribute to governance formalisation for renaming and organisational changes.
* Prepare for Transformation:
o Transition of reporting to SAC tools
o Process alignment
o Participate in functional and technical analysis for the group alignment.
o Support migration readiness for future ERP and reporting tools.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a Finance Systems & Process Specialist with:
* Technical Expertise:
o Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO, SAC, BFC, and related reporting tools.
o Experience in system adaptation and integration projects.
* Finance Process Knowledge:
o Understanding of budgeting cycles, closing processes, and SG&A reporting.
* Project Management Skills:
o Ability to manage transversal projects and coordinate with IT and Finance stakeholders.
* Analytical & Governance Competencies:
o Skilled in process formalisation and compliance with standards.
* Experience & Education:
o Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
o 5+ years in finance systems management or controlling.
o Exposure to transformation projects (ERP migration, process optimisation).
