For the upcoming peak period, we are looking for a Transport Material Responsible who enjoys working in a structured, fast‑moving environment with many internal and external contacts. Your new role As Transport Material Responsible, you coordinate material flows and ensure that transport activities run smoothly. You follow up deliveries, communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and take action when issues arise. You play a key role in safeguarding availability and continuity within the supply chain. Your responsibilities include: Monitoring incoming and outgoing material flows Coordinating transport activities and follow‑up with logistics partners Communicating with suppliers and internal departments regarding delays or discrepancies Analysing issues and proposing corrective actions Updating transport and material data in the system Reporting on availability, risks and transport performance Your profile You work accurately, communicate clearly and enjoy taking ownership in a role with many moving parts. You feel comfortable in a logistics environment and can keep an overview even when priorities shift. You bring: Strong communication skills A good command of English, both spoken and written Accuracy and attention to detail The ability to prioritise and work in a structured way Interest in logistics, transport coordination and supply chain processes A proactive and solution‑oriented mindset Good knowledge of Office 365; experience with planning or logistics tools is an asset What’s in it for you?
