Servicing People Operations Specialist
A key role within our organization, the Servicing People Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional support to employees and line managers across various business areas. This role involves providing expert advice on people-related initiatives and programs, ensuring seamless operational delivery and contributing to a high-performing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant employment legislation, providing accurate and timely advice to the business.
* Manage requests through a dedicated HR case management system, tracking progress and ensuring well-documented case management.
* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to co-create and develop people solutions, driving value for the organization.
* Coordinate operational tasks associated with global mobility, including visa applications, permanent residency processes, and regulatory monitoring.
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess an academic degree in human resources or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in people operations. Key skills include excellent communication and attention to detail, as well as experience in managing people projects and understanding how people issues impact the business.
We are seeking a highly organized individual with strong problem-solving skills, able to build trust with employees and line managers alike. The successful candidate will be fluent in English, Dutch, and French, with a good working knowledge of employment laws and practices.
