Regulatory Change ManagerRole overviewWe are looking for a Regulatory Project/Change Manager to design and implement a practical, repeatable delivery approach for regulatory change initiatives and apply it to active regulatory priorities.The role focuses on translating regulatory obligations into structured delivery plans, mobilising cross-functional teams, and ensuring clear governance, traceability, and execution discipline across all delivery activities.This is not a traditional PMO role. The emphasis is on building structure from regulatory interpretation, coordinating delivery across multiple stakeholders, and ensuring alignment to underlying regulatory requirements throughout the lifecycle of change.Key responsibilitiesDesign and implement a practical regulatory change delivery approach, including scope definition, governance structure, stage gates, reporting, RAID management, and traceability mechanismsTranslate interpreted regulatory and legal requirements into clear, actionable delivery scope and implementation plansIdentify impacted business areas and define appropriate delivery approaches (projects, workstreams, or BAU changes)Mobilise and coordinate current regulatory change initiatives, including initiation, stakeholder alignment, planning, and governance cadence setupCoordinate delivery across Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and First Line of Defence (1LoD) teamsTrack progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and key decisionsProvide clear, concise reporting for senior stakeholders and governance forumsMaintain end-to-end traceability between regulatory obligations and delivery outputsRequired experience6+ years' experience in regulatory change, compliance transformation, or cross-functional change deliveryProven ability to translate regulatory or legal interpretation into structured delivery plans and implementation actionsExperience coordinating delivery across multiple business functions or domainsStrong understanding of governance, RACI structures, RAID management, controls, evidence, and auditabilityExperience in regulated environments such as financial services, payments, market infrastructure, or similar sectors is preferred but not essentialSkills & capabilitiesAbility to create structure in ambiguous environments and turn it into practical delivery executionStrong delivery management skills, including planning, dependency tracking, and issue resolutionAbility to design lightweight, reusable change frameworksStrong stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authorityClear, structured communication, especially in senior governance reportingComfortable working across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and 1LoD teamsStrong understanding of controls, evidence management, and regulatory traceability
