(LGMG) is the European sales, marketing, and aftersales subsidiary of Lingong Group Jinan Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese company specializing in manufacturing construction equipment, including Arial Working Platforms and Telehandlers. With over 50 years of experience in the manufacturing world, LGMG has been the fastest-growing AWP brand in Europe since it entered the European market in 2015. In the Benelux market, we are looking for a sales manager who is valuable to the growth of our business.
Position Description:
The purpose of this role will be to oversee developing the commercial activity and ensuring the order intake and the turnover in your area. Help our sales goal in the Benelux region go to a higher level through your vision.
Report line: Sales Director of LGMG Europe BV.
In this role, you will be expected to travel frequently within the Benelux region, at least 50% of your time. The rest of the time you are expected to work from your home office or LGMG's head office in Dordrecht, the Netherlands.
Responsibilities:
* Execute the corporate sales strategy, responsible for setting up sales to rental customers and distributors, and developing any sales opportunities for the Benelux markets.
* Responsible for promoting products and sales activities in order to reach the corporate sales targets and KPIs.
* Negotiating the business orders for rental customers and distributors, managing and accessing financial risk of clients' credit and debt.
* Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by communicating with market participants on a daily basis.
* Sales/market report of the sales, new customers, market information, and competitors update on a weekly/monthly basis.
* Monitoring and evaluating the product competitiveness, and submitting the market investigations to the corporation.
* Coordinate sales points with distribution/service operations.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and 5+ years' experience.
* Relevant 3+ years of sales experience within the industry of construction machinery.
* Proven ability to drive sales plans and skills.
* Self-starter, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment, simultaneously maintaining multiple functions and maintaining excellent organizational skills; solid decision-making and negotiation skills.
* The possibility to travel at least 50% of the time.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office software and well-developed presentation skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Fluent and professional use of English and Dutch. French is a plus.
