About the job

Mission

As a Customer Success Manager, you act as the key link between partners (accountants, resellers), their end customers, and the Banqup ecosystem. You combine partner and customer success, commercial mindset, and technical affinity to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term usage of our digital solutions.

You understand both the business challenges of partners and accountants and the technical and process-oriented aspects of digital document flows, invoicing, and financial administration. You translate unstructured questions into clear, practical solutions and proactively guide partners and customers to get maximum value from our platforms.

Responsibilities

This is what we expect of you:

1. Partner & Customer Success
Act as an ambassador of the Banqup platforms and related Banqup solutions, supporting partners in their digital administrative and financial processes.Guide and support accountants, resellers, and partners in onboarding and activating their SME clients on the platform.Advise SMEs and partners on how Banqup adds value to their organization, both functionally and technically.Build long-term relationships with partners by understanding their business needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
2. Technical & Process-Oriented Support
Support partners and customers in the setup and usage of digital document flows, including invoicing, payments, and administrative workflows.Support partners in integrating their solutions with Banqup platforms leveraging API documentations and other internal technical teamsUnderstand and explain concepts related to: Accounting and invoicing processes, order-to-cash and procure-to-pay flows, document management, archiving and workflow automationTranslate partner requirements into clear use cases and coordinate internally with Product or Technical teams when needed.Identify recurring issues or improvement opportunities and proactively suggest optimizations.
3. Coordination & Enablement:
Support partners in defining and executing activation initiatives (mailings, newsletters, webinars, demos) in close collaboration with Sales & Business Development.Provide administrative and operational support related to partner communications and customer activation campaigns.Assist in coordinating small to mid-sized customer initiatives, keeping track of scope, priorities, and follow-up actions.Clearly communicate progress, next steps, and outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for candidates who have:

4. A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
5. A strong technical understanding of terms such as API,SFTP, Integrations, Postman/Insomnia, Swagger/OpenAPI, Webhooks.
6. An interest in developing a strong customer-oriented and commercial mindset.
7. A strong interest in, ideally experience in, e-invoicing/ Fintech.
8. The ability to analyze and troubleshoot integration issues using logs and error messages.
9. The ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into clear, structured solutions.
10. Excellent communication skills, with a very good knowledge of Dutch and English.
11. A proactive, well-organized, and ownership-driven attitude.
12. Strong listening skills and the ability to explain technical or complex topics in a clear and accessible way.
13. A team-player mindset, with flexibility in time and location.
