To support its continued growth, Larcier Intersentia is looking for a Sales Manager – New Business & Growth to join its Commercial team. Reporting directly to the CCO, this role plays a central part in expanding the customer base and developing a high-performing sales organization, supported by GenIA L, the company’s AI-powered solution for legal and tax professionals.
This position will appeal to sales leaders who enjoy building teams, structuring performance and developing new markets, while working in close collaboration with marketing, customer success and senior management.
What the role is about:
• Leading and developing a team of Account Executives (4 pax), with a strong focus on coaching, structure and sustainable performance.
• Contributing to the growth of Larcier Intersentia’s customer base by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Helping define and execute go to market approaches across key segments such as law firms, notaries, corporate legal departments and academia.
• Acting as a trusted partner to the CCO on sales planning, forecasting and performance steering.
• Bringing a data driven mindset to sales management, using CRM insights, pipeline analysis and performance indicators to support prioritization and decision making.
• Working closely with SDRs, other Sales Managers and Customer Success teams to ensure a coherent and high quality customer journey.
• Representing the company in selected professional and industry settings.
The profile Larcier Intersentia is looking for:
• Experience in B2B sales leadership, ideally in software, SaaS or professional services.
• A people oriented manager who enjoys coaching, structuring and developing sales teams.
• Exposure to new business development and market expansion, combined with a consultative sales approach.
• Comfort with sales performance management, CRM usage and reporting.
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies and frameworks (e.g. SPIKES data analysis or similar).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally.
• Interest in the legal and tax environment.
• Dutch native, fluent in English.
