Your key responsibilities:

* Work daily in a Class A/B/C/D cleanroom environment and maintain the cleanliness of equipment and facilities.
* Produce clinical and commercial ATMPs through aseptic manual processes, including cell isolation, selection, activation, transduction, culture, filling & finishing, and cryopreservation.
* Perform in-process control tests on batch samples, ensuring high standards for cell counts and viability.
* Ensure equipment operates smoothly by following instructions, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs.
* Contribute to process optimization, including the introduction of new products, procedures, and equipment in GMP areas.
* Support the writing and review of SOPs and other production-related documents, and manage raw materials, consumables, and waste.

Profile
Who we are looking for:

* You have obtained a Master's degree in Sciences, Bio-Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience.
* Min. 3 months of practical cell culture experience (internship or work-based) is a strong plus.
* Knowledge of GMP regulations is a strong plus.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork are required.
* Clear communication in English with attention to detail.
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude.
* Motivated to learn independently and coach others.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
