As Group Compensation Lead you will play a key role in shaping fair, competitive and future‑proof compensation practices across the global organization.
You report to the Group Compensation & Benefits Director and will drive both annual and strategic compensation processes, support global HR teams with expert guidance, and ensure alignment between business needs and market landscape.
You will act as a trusted advisor for countries and markets, contributing to a transparent, compliant and data‑driven reward framework.
Key Accountabilities
* You co-lead and elevate global compensation processes, ensuring smooth execution of grading, the annual salary review, the global bonus plan and the long‑term incentive program, while guaranteeing fairness and consistency across all regions.
* You shape and refine, together with the Comp & Ben Director, global compensation policies, developing clear guidelines and frameworks that support internal equity and reinforce the competitive market position.
* You drive key strategic reward projects, such as Pay Transparency initiatives and the global Sales Incentive Plan, delivering impactful improvements aligned with Puratos’ vision.
* You accelerate digitalization by optimizing the use of SAP SuccessFactors and other HR technologies, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and continuous process improvement.
* You implement and oversee grading reviews to ensure fair and competitive compensation. You act as the grading and compensation expert at the group level.
* You partner closely with Country HR, Market HR, Finance and Legal, building strong relationships and ensuring globally aligned, compliant and transparent reward practices.
* You educate and empower HR stakeholders, delivering training and expert guidance on grading, compensation processes and reward principles.
* You analyze compensation insights using data and market benchmarks, enabling informed decisions and ensuring our reward structures remain competitive and compliant.
* You stay updated on global labor laws, ensuring that the company's compensation practices remain compliant with relevant regulations.

Who are we looking for?
* You hold a Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Law or a related field.
* You bring at least 8 years of experience in compensation within an international organization.
* You have strong expertise in grading and job architecture, and you feel confident advising stakeholders on these topics.
* You work analytically, make data‑based decisions, and master Excel at an advanced level.
* You communicate clearly and collaborate smoothly with stakeholders at all levels in a global matrix environment.
* You have experience with SAP SuccessFactors or another HRIS.
* You take ownership, manage projects independently, and enjoy working in a role without direct people management responsibilities.
