Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
* Master’s degree with at least 15 years or Bachelor's degree with at least 19 years of relevant professional experience
* Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Lean Agile)
* Minimum 10 years of experience in meeting facilitation and 5 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Office
* Proven track record as a Product Owner, with mandatory experience in the healthcare domain
* Strong expertise in CRM practices, stakeholder mapping, and customer segmentation analysis
* Experience in developing adoption dashboards and reports, along with knowledge of change management frameworks (PM² is a plus)
* Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner and ITIL Foundation (or equivalent)
* Fluency in English; Dutch (C1) and French (B1) would be considered as an advantage
