Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Motion Graphics Designer/Animator to join our growing creative team. This role will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling and cohesive content that elevates the brand ’ s storytelling. This role requires an expert eye in detail, combining high-end 3D modelling and animation, and 2D motion design .

You’ll collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to craft stunning visuals across campaigns, digital platforms, and multimedia projects. The ideal candidate blends technical proficiency, creativity, and brand awareness to produce work that is engaging, filmic and polished.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality animations and motion graphics for brand films, ads, digital experiences, and social media.

Animation & Motion Design

• Design and produce high-quality 2D and 3D animations for marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital content.
• Develop storyboards, style frames, and visual concepts that align with brand and campaign goals.
• Edit and composite animated elements, ensuring visual cohesion and a strong narrative flow.
• Maintain brand consistency across all animated assets and visual materials.
• Prepare motion assets for multiple channels and formats (print, web, social, video).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring static designs to life through motion.
• Manage post-production workflows, ensuring timely delivery of assets.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in animation, motion graphics (agency or studio environment preferred).
• Ability to translate concepts into visually engaging content.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for colour, lighting, and composition.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling in linear narratives.
• Experience managing multiple creative projects and meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication (English fluency required) and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, self-driven attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

Software Proficiency

• Advanced proficiency in :
  • Adobe After Effects , Premiere Pro , and Illustrator (for animation and VFX)
  • Cinema 4D , Blender , or similar 3D software.
• Familiar with Figma and image manipulation software programs like Photoshop .

Additional Expertise

• Skill with various editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Ability to create photoreal, digitally-generated imagery.
• Ability to perform advanced image retouching, colour correction, and compositing for product, lifestyle, and campaign imagery is a huge plus .
• Understanding of digital and social media formats and best practices.
• Knowledge of image and video optimisation for web and mobile.
• Experience mentoring junior designers or freelancers.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI-assisted retouching and motion tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Firefly).
