The Service Team Leader's role is to build long-term professional relations with existing customers, and manage the service technicians. You interact with the customers and the end-users, inspectors and consultants, the technicians, your manager, the sales persons, the KONE Call Center, technical support, the spare back-office administrator and purchasing department, the invoicing team, the HR team. You are at the core of our activities and manage the maintenance activities. The position is based in the building of our client.
Responsibilities and key activities:
1. Communicate to customers that promises have been delivered
2. Ensure that customers' queries are answered on time and with the appropriate attention and makes sure complaints are solved accurately and on a timely basis
3. Ensure high quality of service through presence in the field, regular field audits (approximately 2 per month) and promoting safety and quality culture
4. Develop the competences, motivation and overall performance of the technicians
5. Ensure that the processes and maintenance methods are followed
6. Ensure the correct level of resourcing in the short-term through absence management and in the mid-term through capacity planning (together with your manager)
7. Accountable for determining and checking technicians' performance objectives
8. Manage orders and material stocks
Who are you:
9. Fluent in French (knowledge of Dutch, English is a plus)
10. Bachelor degree in Engineering, Electromechanics, Construction, Civil- or Industrial Engineering or other relevant field.
11. Preferably 2 years of experience in a relevant industry
12. You have a successful experience in the management of a team
13. Good communication skills with basic IT skills
14. You are legally entitled to work in Belgium
