What you'll do
As an Operations Technician – Bioservices, you'll be responsible for executing material kitting, labeling, packaging, and cleanroom operations in a GMP-compliant environment. You'll work closely with Program Managers and Quality teams to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assembling kits and printing labels according to client specifications
* Performing material transfers, cleanroom cleaning, and environmental monitoring
* Completing batch records and documentation in real time
* Supporting deviation investigations and SOP updates
* Ensuring material availability and assisting with QA tasks
* Participating in audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Acting as a backup for cryopreservation operations when needed
You'll play a key role in ensuring our kits are prepared with precision and care, supporting the delivery of advanced therapies.
What we're looking for
* A secondary school diploma (higher education is a plus)
* 1–2 years of experience in a GMP/GxP environment
* Experience with material kitting and cleanroom operations
* Fluent in French; English is a plus
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with documentation systems
* Physically able to lift/carry up to 20kg and handle cryogenic containers
* Ready to work in three shifts
