Description de l'offre

Marketing AI Agent Builder

As our Marketing AI Agent Builder, you will be the lead architect for our "agentic" marketing stack. Your goal is to move beyond simple automation (if-this-then-that) toward autonomous systems that reason through marketing data, execute multi-channel campaigns, and self‑correct based on performance. This is a "Builder" role—part Engineer, part Strategist, part Data Scientist. This is a remote role with the option to work anywhere in NA.

Core Responsibilities

* Intelligent Research & Segmentation: Deploy agents to crawl the web for intent signals (hiring changes, funding, news) to dynamically update ICP segments and enrich CRM records in real time.
* Autonomous Campaign Management: Build agents that independently monitor live campaigns (Search, Social, Email) and autonomously reallocate budgets or pause underperforming creatives based on real‑time ROI.
* Dynamic Lead Nurturing: Design agents that use Natural Language Processing (NLP) to "read" prospect behavior and trigger personalized, multi‑step nurture sequences without manual intervention.
* Performance & Guardrails: Establish "human‑in‑the‑loop" protocols and evaluation frameworks to ensure agent outputs align with brand voice and security standards.
* System Orchestration: Connect AI agents to our core stack—including HubSpot/Salesforce, 6sense, and Google Analytics—ensuring seamless data flow and automated write‑backs to the CRM.

Qualifications & Skills

* Experience: 2–4 years in Growth Engineering, ideally with experience scaling a mid‑market SaaS revenue engine.
* AI Tooling: Proficiency with agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI) or low‑code builder platforms (e.g., Claude CoWork, CodeX).
* Agent Orchestration: Experience with low‑code/no‑code platforms (e.g., Clay, Zapier Central, Make.com) or code‑based frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI).
* Prompt Engineering: Ability to design complex "reasoning loops" that prevent hallucinations and ensure professional, brand‑aligned output.
* Data Savvy: Comfortable working with JSON, APIs, and RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) to feed agents the right context from your company’s internal knowledge base.
* Marketing Expertise: Knowledge of B2B buyer journeys, attribution models, and demand generation tactics.

AI Agent Manager

The AI Agent Manager serves as the key technical and strategic resource for the company’s AI applications, with a focus on designing, building, operating, and managing complex AI agents. This role translates high‑level business requirements into functional AI agent architectures, manages the full agent lifecycle (including advanced prompting, tooling, maintenance, and performance optimization), and ensures robust, measurable business outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Design, build, and maintain AI‑powered workflows and agents using low‑code/no‑code and prompt‑based platforms.
* Translate business requirements into scalable AI‑driven solutions, especially for internal process automation (e.g., media planning, operations, finance workflows).
* Configure and optimize multi‑step AI prompts (“blueprints”) to automate complex tasks across different tools and systems.
* Collaborate closely with product managers and business stakeholders to understand use cases and define solution logic.
* Act as a bridge between business teams and technical infrastructure, ensuring solutions are usable by non‑technical users.
* Test, iterate, and improve AI agents to ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance in real‑world use cases.
* Identify opportunities for automation across departments and proactively propose AI‑driven improvements.
* Document workflows, prompt logic, and system configurations for internal reuse and scalability.
* Stay up to date with advancements in AI tools, LLM capabilities, and no‑code/low‑code ecosystems.

Core Requirements

* 4–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
* Strong ability to translate business processes into structured workflows and logic.
* Hands‑on experience with low‑code/no‑code tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Airtable, Retool).
* Experience working with AI tools (LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI automation platforms).
* Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and own end‑to‑end solution delivery.
* Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1 or higher).
* Experience designing multi‑step prompts or AI workflows.
* Understanding of how LLMs work and how to structure prompts for reliable outputs.
* Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and automation tools (a plus).
* Basic programming knowledge is helpful but not required.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with non‑technical stakeholders.
* Business‑oriented mindset with a focus on practical outcomes.
* Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new AI tools and approaches.
* Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast‑evolving environment.
* Experience in digital media, advertising tech, or media planning.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

* Proven ability to design, build, and operate sophisticated AI agents.
* Expertise in advanced prompt engineering, including multi‑step prompting, few‑shot learning, and optimizing for specific model outputs.
* Strong business analysis fundamentals: elicitation, documentation, process mapping, traceability, UAT.
* Ability to produce and manage, work autonomously, and take initiative.
* Exceptional relationship‑building skills, cultural competency, and ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people and roles.
* Dexterity to effectively deal with ambiguity, change, and continuous process improvements.

Benefits

* Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO for any reason, including sick days (no specified limits) and flexible work schedule).
* Personal laptop.
* Health and wellness package.
* Fully remote.
