Your tasks will include: /pulliAnalyzing client problems and being responsible for configuring business software. /liliBuilding and optimizing automation processes within various tools. /liliCreating reports within the systems. /liliConducting data migrations and User Acceptance Testing, including developing test scenarios. /liliProviding on-site training for clients' super/admin users. /li /ulpOur current functional areas include: /pulliERP (Enterprise Resource Planning, e.g. Oracle NetSuite) /liliEPM (Enterprise Performance Management, e.g. Oracle EPM/NSPB/PBCS) /liliPPM (Project Portfolio Management, e.g. Clarity PPM, ServiceNow KeyedIn Projects) /liliGlobis (= logistics and transport ERP) /li /ulh3What do you bring to the table? /h3ulliYou have a Master’s degree (for example, in Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics, Computer Science, etc.) and have a passion for IT implementations. /liliKnowledge of, experience in or an affinity with accounting, planning and budgeting is important. /liliYou obviously have an interest in software tools and development, databases, queries, scripting and reporting. /liliYou have a sharp, analytical mind; you have the ability to approach problems from different angles and make quick decisions. However, you are not purely an IT analyst; you also enjoy implementations. /liliYou are client-oriented, with the necessary empathy, negotiation skills and flexibility. /liliYou are communicative, results-oriented and aware of the added value of working as a team in order to achieve maximum results. /liliYou can work independently and have already learned how to deal with stress from others and in yourself in order to find solutions even in crisis situations. /liliYou speak fluent Dutch and English.
