8. Communication:
9. Updates and Feedback: Provide regular updates to clients about the status of their inspections. This includes notifying them of any delays, issues, or changes in the inspection schedule.
10. Initial Contact: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients. This includes understanding their specific inspection needs and expectations.
11. Report Delivery: Ensure that clients receive detailed and accurate inspection reports in a timely manner. Address any questions or concerns they may have about the findings.
12. Team Collaboration: Work closely with inspectors, quality control teams, and other internal departments to coordinate inspection activities. Ensure everyone is informed about their roles and responsibilities.
13. Issue Resolution: Facilitate communication between different teams to quickly resolve any issues that arise during the inspection process.
14. Quality Assurance:

Requirements
* Langues
* English - Must have
* Spanish or Mandarin - Either o must have
* French - A plus
* Dutch - A plus
* Education:
* A degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline is often preferred.
* Experience:
* Previous experience in the TIC industry or a related field is a plus
* Familiarity with commodity inspection processes and standards is a plus
* Sales experience is a plus
* Skills:
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Proficiency in using inspection management software and tools a plus.
