Technical Drafter
* Serving as the right-hand person to our R&D manager and supporting the technical department in various tasks is a key aspect of this role.
* Developing necessary installations for the current machine park, including stairs, safety features, automation, etc., is an important responsibility.
* Preparing technical specifications and documentation for molds is also a critical task.
* This role involves providing support in technical drafting, which includes drawing parts and components, creating designs, making product or mold modifications, optimizing technical drawings for our own infrastructure, preparing and organizing planned repair works, and overseeing general operations within the mold department.
* Creating and monitoring work orders for the technical team is another essential duty.
Requirements
* A technical degree at either the bachelor's or master's level is required for this position.
* Experience in a similar role as a technical drafter or work preparer is also essential.
* Experience with one-off or custom production work is highly valued.
* Strong skills in Excel, including pivot tables, are necessary for success in this role.
* Knowledge of CAD software, preferably SolidWorks, but also experience with Solid Edge or Inventor, is required.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels are crucial for this position.
* An eye for accuracy, organization, and attention to detail is vital for this role.
* A proactive attitude and a constant drive for quality are also essential characteristics for this position.
