Our client, an International leader in the Recruitment & Selection sector is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist
1. You are in charge of managing the recruitment process for the company
2. You develop a pool of candidates for future needs and built a network
3. You collaborate with Sales Team
4. You hold interviews and challenge candidates technically
5. You analyze the needs within your market and clients
6. You oversee the follow up of your clients and projects
7. Reporting and sourcing
8. Maintaining the database
* You hold at least a Bachelor Degree
* A previous experience in HR is required
* Knowledge in Finance is an asset
* You speak Dutch and French, English is a plus
* You are well-organized, flexible and passionate
* You possess excellent communication skills and you are a good listener
* You are result oriented as well as client oriented
* You are a team player and display initiative
