Senior Project Manager – Hyperscale Data Centre My client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction consultancy projects within the hyperscale data centre sector. You’ll drive project delivery, manage key stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of mission-critical builds. Responsibilities Lead on-site delivery, progress tracking, and safety compliance Manage snagging/punch-list activities with client, consultant, and GC teams Identify risks and resolve issues to protect schedule, quality, and budget Implement and improve project controls, reporting, and governance Run coordination meetings and communicate design/construction impacts Requirements Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Experience working with a Consultancy or Subcontractor Proven experience in large-scale construction or hyperscale data centre projects Strong technical knowledge of CSA, MEP, and critical infrastructure systems Skilled in RFPs, tendering, procurement, and change control Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management Collaborative approach with the ability to build strong client relationships
