Freelance Financial & Operations Manager
* Assess and stabilize operational processes and financial workflows.
* Implement KPIs to monitor profitability, productivity, and risk areas.
* Lead back-office and IT project management initiatives.
* Support the finance team in closures, reconciliations, and internal controls.
* Provide regular progress and compliance reporting to executive management.
* Coach and guide local teams, fostering accountability and coordination.
* Ensure smooth adoption of financial and operational systems.
