And if you’re the Content Strategist we’re looking for, we’ll make sure you’ll have all the Happiness you need in your professional life.

Your responsibilities

- You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day social management of some of the biggest brands in Belgium.

- You’ll manage their calendars, ideas, posts, budgets, and results.

- You’ll help define the strategic vision on social & digital media of these clients.

- You’ll manage the Meta, TikTok, Snapchat Business & Ads Managers, and do all the social media buying, planning, and reporting.

- You’ll write creative briefs for small posts and big campaigns, from brand-building awareness to community-building activation.

- You’ll feed these creative briefs with strategic research on social listening, online cultures, and community investigation.

- You’ll give these creative briefs to creative teams and follow the entire creative process (writing, briefing, reviewing, presenting, ... ).

- And you’ll do this together with your strategy team in support.

What we are looking for

- You have about 2 years of experience.

- No agency experience required.

- You are eager to get and take responsibility.

- You have experience in social media buying, on Meta and/or TikTok.

- You speak Dutch and understand French.

- You consider yourself a ‘Make-it-Happener’.

- Your knowledge goes beyond the social landscape. Because of that, you know (or at least: have heard of) all the important buzzwords: SEO, SEA, CPM, (un)skippable, programmatic, ...

- If you’re being honest: you’re chronically online and up-to-date about trends and the bigger shifts.

- Meta, TikTok, or Google-certified is a nice extra.
